Waste is all the rubbish that we throw away.

There are four types of waste: 

1. Organic waste. It comes from plants and animals. It is biodegradable (it disappears because bacteria and other living things decompose it).

2. Recyclable waste. We make new materials with these objects. For example: plastic bottles.

3. Non-recyclable waste. They are taken to a hole in the ground called landfill site (vertedero).

4. E-waste. Mobiles phones, computers, televisions...
